Well yesterady wasn't all bad the 2 bets only saw Nacadour place albeit at 13/2 so minimal loss there and 2 winning dutch bets/ 2 losing but 2 winners at 11/4 and 9/2 of their respective dutched races was pretty good will look to narrow these down as quickly as possible and look for the poor favourites to lay .

A busy day today?
Well yesterday the lay bet went astray at odds of 1/5 on not a massive loss and the dutch bets 6 out of 9 were winning bets so a minimal loss there so not all bad but pointers were there with regards to the winning horses and we live to fight another day.

A little bit of money back in the pot
Well yesterday saw Stan place at 6/1 the other 2 bets no good but a good return on the dutch bets with 5 out of the 6 winning and a profit, my own little pot went up by nearly 30% that's a whopping 10 times as much as required to reach the 1/2% a day or 3 1/2% for the week on the tefal head staking plan.
Although the above statement is relative to the point of only backing a 3/10 odds on shot let's stick with it .

Not too bad a day yesterday
Well sunday was a day you could take in many ways but the bet lost and a minor loss on the day if you just dutched all the selections that's the doom/ gloom way of looking at it.

Not a bad day yesterday
Well yesterday saw the dutch bet win and a non runner ,2 losers and a third in Soliya at 25/1 so not at all bad .
Today is the usual sunday feast of racing but something's got to win so down to business.

Food for thought in the above obviously if you search around for better prices you may get better %'s to make more profit as there has been no feed back i presume that everyone is ok with the above dutching concept .
I am not backing to level stakes but to the overround with a set % for each horse, over the 100% mark is where the bookies make their profit so although the profits may be small it is hopefully a softly, softly approach to try and bag minimal profits on a constant basis .
Remember this is how the bookies make their money and they are telling us daily what they think are the best horses in each and every race so let's hope for a bit of steady but continual profit from this section we'll see.
Clive keeling did have a table in one of the back issues explaining the concept and a percentage table although it did only go down to evens but the calculation was in the back issue so have a look and see if you can dig it out.
As the racing is so bloody hard at present i'm only trying to show a way forward for us to make profits hopefully and how we can best place ourselves to benefit from what we have right in front of us but may choose to ignore on a daily basis.
This may appeal to those who are looking at the Einstein theory of compounding with the Tefal head staking plan ; you decide if it is of interest, Einstein i am not but profit is hopefully what we are all after so with no subscriptions ,costly monthly pay outs for a top tipster's selection why don't you give it a go and i'll try and keep it as a daily feature .

Apologies for no blog on Sunday but computer problems again ,how much do i love technology?
On saturday the dutch bets run at 50% winners and could have given you a pointer to a little profit while i was slightly peed off with the loss/2nd place of Warnes way ,supposedly well in the lead from two out to be collared by 3/4 of a length at the finish line but a good each way return nonetheless.
The bets gave you 2 winners one Earth crystal at 9/1 sp and Justcallmehandsome at 4/1 sp so not a totally bad day and we live to fight another day.

It's that time of year again
Well yesterday was poor with the bets but both dutch bets won so a profit there.Today just seems to be getting even poor to me the Dubai festival has Quoting the Mirror changed races from the turf to the dirt in 3 races even they have had more rain than usual so half the card may have non runners but none stated so beware!.
The all weather dutch bets are to short % wise today so there looks to be some hard to fathom races in abundance.
All i can give today are bets so if you fancy anything have a go.

Another tough day ahead
Well yesterday saw the dutch bets that run bring in profits although small, profit was made.
The bets not so good with the ones that got a run being losers but i did show you the way to make a profit on a very tough day so that's all i can do, another trappy day with potentially worsening ground at Newcastle and the all weather fare being up to the usual level so we'll have a go but the next few days will be tough to grind a profit out of so good luck to all of us.

A mixed bag yesterday
Well yesterday saw the lay bet lose 2 winners at short prices the dutching had one winning race and one losing but 3 out of the four horses placed or won so not all bad but it is very hard at the moment but we keep going.

A poor day yesterday
Well a poor day yesterday followed a good Saturday but it is mighty tough at the moment so all angles need exploring so we gave it a go and had no joy but onwards and upwards.

A little bit of money back in the pot
Well that was better yesterday 2 winning lay bets, Shardakhan won at 14/1 and Randwick roar at 8/1 early 9/1 plus Bentley placed and Classic blue 2nd at 16/1 so i thought that was pretty good!

Another feast of racing
Well yesterday was poor 2 bets selections were 2nd to the losing lay bets an odds on losing lay bet a non runner as a lay bet so not good.
The only return apart from the placed horses against the lay bets was Atacama star at 5/1 sp 6/1 early prices and Diriculous a winner at 6/4 so onwards and upwards.
Today the front 2 horses in the All wether meetings look pretty strong andi can't see any other lay bets so bets only today.

Rain rain go away!

The bets with slightly better ground good/to good to soft saw Abraham smith 2nd at early odds of 16/1 so a profit on the race.

Another feast of racing
Well yesterday saw the 3 bets unplaced and when you then get beaten by a 25/1 shot you know it's not going to get any easier.
Onwards and upwards hopefully a few more lay bets will be coming our way as the racing takes on the look of a poor winter's racing as this time last year it changed to lay bets taking a priority over backing horses so fingers crossed things will start to go our way very shortly.

And you thought it might get a little easier!
Well yesterday the lay bet won/lost so a profit there the bet advice lost so heads you win tails you lose but it is mighty tough at the moment even Clive keeling's blog seems to have had an extended festive break? i can understand why.
The racing today again looks bloody awful so my only advice will be as follows:

8.50 Cyfrwys/ Just crystal both available at best odds 14/1 and 20/1 so have a go at them this is a very poor race and only a pound or two separates most of the field, is the favourite a good thing?
