Not a good day yesterday

Well one winner and two seconds with Preacher man beaten a head at 11/1 would have shown us a profit but it was not to be.

I don't like moday's

Especially Bank holiday ones, the racing seems to serve the bookies a nice little bit back in their pot a lesson learned.
Yesterday saw only two placed horse one beaten a head at 12/1 which would have given us a bit back and the other at 16/1 early placed so not all bad but not all good.
Today looks poor and there are no lay bets and only a couple of bets so down to business.

First of all apologies for the naming of the 2nd horse in the stop at a winner it should have been Magic blanket not magic blade but the stop at a winner did make a profit on that horse winning it's race .

Not so good yesterday

Well D pipe did turn things around yesterday and had two winners a month without a winner on a monday then ho ho ho 2 come along at once.
The horses no good the footy a little story i base my selcetions around "the book" and the Chesterfield side were 2/7 shot and 7/2 respectively in last weeks racing and football outlook but i found out too late they were then miraculously 7/4 11/5 shots a lesson to be learned that the fixed odds doesn't always mean fixed odds, no doubt a printing error.
I will now only work from the coupon if the papers information cannot be trusted !????

Well yesterday saw a placed horse in Corlande at 11/4 some non runners at Ayr and D pipe taking the Sunderlands imperial cup at 100/30 don't be surpsrised if he doesn't win the bonus at Cheltenham like father like son!

The footy gave us a winner again

Well thanks to the footy the day wasn't winless the horses gave us a loser and non runner.
The Swansea game with a decimated squad gave a good bet for the over 2.5 goals bet and it came in.

Thank heavens for the footy

Well yesterdays only selection pulled up so no good there.
The Chelsea game as described by five live's commentary team "what team has actually turned up tonight" referring to Olympiakos gave a 3-0 score line so no good the writing was on the wall with the Blues 2-0 up at half time this is where Clive keelings trading comes in but not all of us are able to do this but have a think as i am as it may pay to invest that little bit more time to learn these tricks of the trade!

Well the horses only managed a placer at12/1 and a non runner so poor there but the footy bagged the 0-0 lay the overs at 1-3 with the away dutch coming in so there was a profit to be made but my oh my it had to be dug out in the conference league.
The glorious champions league and premiership are not always the happiest or certain of hunting grounds so have a look at the complete picture with the footy.
