Another day of ups and downs

Well yesterday saw the Lay bets with 9 losing/winning horses and 4 winning their respective races at 4/6, 5/4, 11/4 and 4/1.
Not a day for profit or loss so minimal damage for the lay bets.
Particular strands are performing better than others and as always personal choices need to be made but overall yesterday was not a disaster when it is as tough as it is at the moment.
The success of the Day again was The Irish bet at 7/1 with Master marvel through this week they have performed above my expectations and to level stakes are in profit which bodes well for the future and utilising the fibionacci staking have given very good returns for this period.
The banker bet was unlucky going down by a neck but time and a betting bank is the key here.
The day is looking very trappy with the ground likely to change at some of the venues so beware with all your betting activities today.
Down to business.

the Lay bets 11 horses losing their races and one winning at a big price in Littledodayno so although a few disappointments, opportunities to profit were available.

Banker bet

Another Irish bet first:
7.05 Wexford Lady steppes 2 points.

Banker bet:
4.15 Wednesday's boy 21 points 3/1 best odds available

A double edged sword!!

Well yesterday you can look at it one way or the other this time of year has proved extremely difficult in the past and many people of all levels and involvement from forum visitors to Racing post journalists have all got tales of the current tough times we are having finding winners/losers for the layers out there.
The Racing post tipping selection today has a wealth warning and just a singular each way advice so i can only pass this information along.
Yesterday was a point in question Jagger was a big hit for the lay bets but provided a 44 point profit on the sequence for the Fibionacci bets and subsequently broke the 1m 6f track record so although no solace for the layers the best horse actually won the race but the price was very big .
The 7/1 sp with the staking plan was more than welcome but with all laying activities prices such as these are a blight on the betting banks and can wipe out a huge chunk of profit when the respective animals win.
All i can do is give a general beware notice for the laying fraternity and to advise placing a lower level than normal on the prices you are prepared to lay at it happened to me last year and others are suffering this layers fate at this TIME OF YEAR.
Things will revert back but August is a tough month in all areas of betting.
With that said there are selections so down to business.

Early blog!!

A mixed day yesterday with a good winner for the Irish bets again in Haaf ok at 13/2 sp.
An earlier blog will be up some days due to changes in circumstance.
The lays two big losers yesterday at 5/1 and 7/2 were most unwelcome but 5 other losing lays minimised the damage and Let it be at a massive 5/1 sp for a multiple winner goes to show the glorious uncertainty of racing.
Another winner in Doctor parkes at 13/8 for the Target races was also a welcome winner.
Down to business.

Fibionacci bets:
3.30 Jagger 8 points

Irish bets:
7.55 Springfort

Experimental lays:

Wednesday, 27 August 2008

Banker bet

2.10 Ayr 8 points Tartan gunna 3/1 mark.

Thank heavens for the Irish !!

Well yesterday the lay bets 7 lays 4 losers/winners mainly due to the experimental lays with 3 out of 3 for them and the winning horses were at odds of 7/2, 4/9, and 11/8 so a day of minimal damage with blanket coverage or being selective an opportunity to make a profit.
The bets section the others to consider gave two placed horses and one was only beaten a head so close but no cigar and the remainder no real joy.
The Irish horses though yet again stepped up to the mark and gave two out of three selections as winners albeit at short odds to level stakes a minimal profit and giving us again a reason to be more than optimistic that they will be good bets to make long term profit out of.
Again things are very trappy at present so beware.
Down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
2.50 Admiral bond/Chosen one
2.10 Henderson Park

Others to consider:

Good luck today on yet again a tough old day's racing.

Tuesday, 26 August 2008

Banker bet

3.00 Noodles blue boy 5/2 mark. 5 points

Each way double:
2.45 Veronicas boy
3.45 Silent wonder

Opportunities to profit

Well yesterday the Lay bets which there were 15 all told gave 11 chances to make a profit the losers were all low on the liability front winning their respective races at odds of 2/7 (won by a neck from an outsider bet in Lady Romanov at 14/1) 11/8, 13/8, and 11/10.
The Bets sections gave 5 out of 6 winning Target race favourites at odds up to 11/4 but the other bets failed to make a return, the opportunities to make some money were there for you.
I take a little solace when as of Today's racing post on Page 11 in the R post tipping section when the punting high for the week was Drunken sailor an Irish bet winning for us at 4/1 and the Lay which i put forward on Duke of Marmalade as a win bet was a potential double winning bet with a winning distance bet an added bonus.
It shows we are heading in the right direction long term.
A two meeting day today a lot less lively than recent day's but hopefully still chances to make some pennies are there so down to business.

Shakespeare lays(To lay or not to lay)

Monday, 25 August 2008

Thank heavens for the Irish!!

Well yesterday a good day with the Irish bets two winners at 4/1 and 11/8.
If you had been following the Fibionacci staking plan though you could have turned the 4/1 winner into an 8/1 winner and continued then to revert to the start point of the staking plan and made a level stakes profit with the bet on Dromaneen castle, potentially being aimed at the Cheltenham festival! so obviously held in some regard by the trainer whether or not it was a good enough performance to win the Mares hurdle was stated as being doubtful. All told a profitable foray to the Emerald isle again and with short losing runs a lot of potential for the future.
The lay bets no profit and no damage done with two losing/winning selections and Crystal capella winning at 2/1 and the other Handicap lay a loser as well.
The bets section had a placed horse only in Roaring forte but no other successes for the day.
A very trappy Bank holiday's racing for us to look through so Beware today.
Down to business.

A little bit back yesterday

Well not a bad day yesterday even though a few lay bets won but their liabilities were at the highest odds of 5/2 with Tungsten strike the others were 6/4 and 9/4 so not disastrous.
The lays Target ,Dutch ,Experimental and Shakespeare lays totalled 16 losers/winning lay bets.
The others to consider Mr Toshiwonka a big priced winner at 8/1 the other two placed and at 16/1 2nd Winthorpe gave us a healthy return for the place.
The Duke of Marmalade bet rather than lay and winning by under a length should have given you a few pennies back.
The Irish bets and others no good but opportunities to show a profit on the day were there to be had.
Down to business.

The good the bad and the ugly

Well a full breakdown of yesterday will follow but the basics of what happened yesterday was big winners and big losers.
The Dutch lays although in their infancy gave a big priced loser at 8/1 sp in Lord of the reins so a limit on the liabilities needs to be set to stop these results occurring and wiping out profits.
The Target Lays had a bad day as well a limit was set and losing/winning selections have been recorded at this level but the sp's were high.
The target lays are now going to be set at a lower level and therefore less bets but as with the 6/1 and 9/1 winner who hit us hard hopefully with this lower level of bets liabilities will be greatly reduced.
Although there were bad results for us there were also some good results, it wasn't all bad.
The Target races also gave as outsiders an 11/1 winner a 7/1 winner and the target bets gave a 3/1 winner and a 13/2 winner good prices.
The Handicap lay won as a bet ,the one a day lay again gave us a winning bet as well as Lush lashes giving us a winning bet and a winning lay bet with Michita beaten.
The experimental lays gave two winning bets as well.
I have aligned all the above and will follow these from now on in and hopefully things will realign themselves shortly and put us back on a steadier road to profit .
I will report everything as it is no selective viewing of the day's races only an honest approach to what the days racing gives us back is the aim of this service.
Good luck to you all today and enjoy the long Bank holiday weekend.

Banker bet

By the edge 1 point 6.20 Hamilton

Adjustment Wogan's sister runs in the 4.55 Apologies.

A great day yesterday

Well i hope you had a look at the other horses to consider yesterday a 12/1 winner a 9/1 winner and Red man ray topping it off.
The day was pretty good on the lay front the Dutch lay bets where you should be looking to dutch the field to the percentages/to level stakes on your own personal choices should have given you a great opportunity to make money.
The Shakespeare lays 2 losing/winning selections but 3 low priced winners at 4/6, 5/4, 2/1.
The Fibionacci bet was a short head second slightly disappointing but that's racing.
The experimental lays two losers/winners at 4/6 and 3/1.The Target lay a loser 2/1.
The most encouraging things to come out of the day though is for the future how the lay bets are performing in varying grades of races, poor ground and three of the lays were odds on so liabilities are kept to a minimum, very encouraging.
A busy day as you may expect with the additional racing from the Ebor meeting happening today so down to business.

Banker bet

15.15 Great leighs Whiskey junction 1 point 6/1 best price available.

Those pesky Shakespeare's

Well love or loathe then they will keep coming back to find big priced winners two yesterday both Bathwick man and Bathwick quest winning respectively at 11/1 and a massive 33/1.
The National hunt flat lays are the most suspect i can see they have had winners at 7/2 14/1 and now a whopping 33/1 hopefully someone had the 33/1 shot and followed the Danger "caveat" i put up and made a good profit on that one alone.
This is why i put in everyday that they are the day's most questionable horses to back or to lay.
The rest of the day found a good priced Banker bet in Rightstuff at 3/1 three successful Target lay bets and two short priced winning favourites in the Target Favourites section.
Winner finding is not easy at the moment and if you check the Corals naps table yesterday in the Racing post you will see from all the National newspaper tipsters the biggest winner was a 2/1 shot in Portodora.
All in all a tough day yesterday but a chance to make a profit was there to be had.
Down to business.

Adjustment

Fibionacci bet runs in the 6.25 not 6.55 apologies Spit and polish at Folkestone

Banker bet

5.55 Folkestone Rightstuff 1 point

A mixed bag

Well yesterday we got the banker bet as a winner but a minor loss on the sequence in Keepitsecret at 5/6.
The lays were a close call one winning it's race by a head in Faith and reason the others my condor lost/won the two Shakespeare lays lost/won but the Target lays were a let down but at low odds so minimal damage at 7/4 twice.
A bit of good news though a winner at 4/1 for the Target bet in Ground breaker.
At present it is mighty tough when the mud starts to fly around and consistency is a very hard thing to dig out but winners were there yesterday.
Another day of dubious racing topped off by the Maiden claimer boy it sounds a great race!!
Down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
5.40 Bathwick man

York abandoned

Well it wasn't the Meeting i expexted to be Abandoned but even day two is in doubt with a 4 o'clock inspection today.Just for information from Racing post website.

Banker bet

5.25 Keepitsecret 2 points.

A pretty good day yesterday

First off the 14/1 winner in Fiefdom a great result but allowing for the previous 4 points lost on the last Fibionacci sequence we still managed to clear a healthy profit on this sequence of 10 points so pretty good there.
Yesterday gave 9 lay bets and two won their races at short odds of 85/40 and 6/4 respectively so again a profit on the day.
The most encouraging point to take from yesterday though was in the loser Jennie jerome even though it lost it was the first loser for the Dutch lays and that was a run of 19 losers all at low odds so hopefully that bodes well for the future bar sod's law kicking in at any given time in the near future.
The target races bagged a biggie in Animator at 10/1 as well as a couple of other short priced favourites all in all i thought it was a good day profit in many directions laying and backing.
A busy day with potential abandonment's to come and Heavy ground at York.
Down to business.

2.15 Lahaleeb 1 point

One a day lay:
3.25 Duke of marmalade.
The record of opposing theses A O' Brien horses has a near 100% record of the horses winning their respective races so lay at your peril.Another angle to potentially look at may be the winning distance markets it usually points to a very tight race when these bets are around a choice or option for you to explore.

Handicap lays:
4.55 My condor.

Dutch lays:
6.10 Flying grey
6.55 Faith and reason
Look to dutch to the percentages on the over round or to level stakes on your own selections.

Target races:
7.25 Brenin cwmtudu
7.55 Mudawin
3.25 Duke of marmalade
7.40 Outside investor

Dutch lay

5.30 Aleatricis

Banker bet

7.00 Windsor Talk of Saafend 1 point

A mixed day yesterday

Well the Fibionacci bets and banker bets were of no joy but the Target races got two winners with Redemption a tasty priced 9/2 and the other an 8/11 shot
The Target lay was a loser/winner in Queen sally but the Shakespeare lays popped in a couple of winning horses best one being Lady deauville at 3/1 as they do.
The rest of the week looks to be a tough week ahead as we have had with the ground being very changeable and winner finding particularly hard at present and today is the calm before the storm or just another downpour so beware.
Down to business.

A pretty good day yesterday

Well apart from Paco boy the day's winner and loser a small loss on the Fibionacci staking a minimal gain on the banker bet and a minimal loss as a one a day lay at 6/5.
The rest of the bets picked up Sixties icon 2/1 and Seymour weld and Still at lunch at 13/8 not earth shattering but winners nonetheless.
The lays all Shakespeare lays losers/winners,all the other lay bets Target and Experimental were winning bets so a profit should have been made somewhere for you.
Today is Sunday and with Pontefract off i would like for some Irish bets as what's left looks tricky as usual.
Down to business.

Not a bad day yesterday

Well the lay bets were pretty good yesterday the best one being Came back a 1/2 shot beaten by a P G Tipp in Bugsby at 7/2 a twofold winning bet and a few placers at good odds and another couple of winners at 11/2 and 5/1 no real gains but promising for the future potentially.
The Fibionacci bets are wandering as they do but the winners will come.
The one a day lay and other lay bets the most promising being the Dutch lays where you should be looking to back the field to the percentages and yesterday saw 6 out of 6 winners and the over rounds ,DID you make some money there??
The handicap lay lost it's race, the Shakespeare lays 3 out of three and the Irish bets got a 3/1 winner in Kinetic quest a minor loss to level stakes but a break even on the sequence if you were using the Fibionacci staking plan.
The Target races picked up a 9/4 winner but not a good day but the winners are there for you to pick and choose from.

Banker bet

Shyrl 1 point 2.20 Newbury

Not a bad day yesterday

Well a very busy day today so I'll keep it brief no joy on the bets front but not a disaster on the lay bets.
First off the traditional winner of it's race in Red kyte at 4/1 for the Shakespeare bets/lays i did and will put the caveat in again that if these horses are between 9/2 and 13/2 in the racing post forecast be very wary of them as lay bets, that's it.
The only other loser was Ebn malik at 6/4 so limited liabilities at a time when profit making is a very hard job.
Down to business.

Irish bets:
3.35 Kinetic quest/Love day street Dundalk 1 point each.

Banker bet

3.25 Signor peltro 1 point Sandown 3/1 mark.

A pretty good day yesterday

Well bar the Traditional upset from the Shakespeare bets with Siren party winning at 10/1 a pretty good day yesterday.
The Banker bet winning at 15/8 made 24 points profit putting us back on an even keel in Stalking shadow.
I did place a warning next to the Irish raider Roof fiddle and that won at 15/8.
The Lays 3 winners for the target lays.
The Target favourites 2 out of 3 winners 5/2 and 10/11.
The Dutch lays should have given you a very good return 4 winners as lays and the other a non runner and dutching to the percentages even more profit to be had.
The one a day lay lost as did the experimental lays and a winner and a few placed efforts for the others to consider section Lady deauville being the winner.
A busy day running late so down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
5.40 Corum
8.10 Any reason
2.40 Florentina/Red kyte
2.30 Blazing buck
3.05 Kappalyn

These bets be very wary when they are between the 9/2 and 13/2 price band although we have been shot in the foot with the very odd biggie popping up the majority of the winners re the bigger liabilities are in this price band.

The day's most questionable horses to back or to lay.

Banker bet

3.35 Stalking shadow 11/8 available Ladbrokes/Tote 89 points

Yesterday what a pain in the Khyber (Pass)!!

Well yesterday a bit of a mixed bag to say the least Khyber a 9/4 shot in the Racing post winning at 15/2 as a lay bet and those confounding Shakespeare lay bets getting a winner in Canwinn and obviously did the outsider in a three horse race.
The outsider section put the horse up as a bet so hopefully the heads or tails choice was a winner for you, this does and will continue to happen and that is why daily the statement reads as it does with these selections. The SOFT ground continues and the uncertainty through the day and changing ground conditions make it a very tough time with flat horses on SOFT ground.
The day was not a total disaster the Handicap lay lost/won, the one a day lay lost at 4/7 the dutch lay lost/won and gave a little back twofold if you bet to the over round.
Again today is mighty tough horses waiting for more rain ,others who knows how they will fare makes winner finding very tough but selections are there so down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
2.30 Cavera/Durgan
4.05 Basque beauty
2.50 Lake sabina/Siren party
2.10 Ysing ysing/Ask dan

4.05 Lady deauville
4.40 Querido

All told a busy day with lots of question marks in many directions but something's got to win but be wary of the day's racing today and good luck.

Banker bets

7.55 Chief editor 55 points 2/1 available.

Well a big thanks to the Irish again

Well yesterday a roller coaster ride with some of the bets/lays some winning by small margins and some losing by the same but all in all not a bad day and winning selections were there to be had.
The Irish bet Oxalido in the live market opened at 7/2 and was 4/1 in places but returned an sp of 11/4 and utilising the fibionacci staking would have doubled the sp price and made a 6+ points on the sequence.
The one a day lay lost it's race as did all the Shakespeare lays the Dutch lays should have given you a twofold return to the over round and a couple of winners for the target race section the biggest being at 9/2 in Saameq.
So even with the close calls something was there for you to have a shot at and make money.
Today full of Handicaps and low level racing with Soft ground around a tricky day to say the least so down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
6.25 Canwinn

The days most questionable horses to lay or back.

One a day lay:
6.55 Tasheba

Fibionacci bets:
7.25 Lisburn 3 points

Dutch lays(NEW section)
3.45 Jam packed
8.10 Horatio carter

Dutch the rest of the field to the over round and make a percentage profit on the field.

Handicap lays:( New section)
6.10 Dimashq*

Target races:
Favourites:
6.25 Crackdown
6.10 Dimashq*

Target lays:
6.25 Pergamon
6.10 Khyber

Outsiders:
6.25 Canwinn*
6.10 Rightful ruler

*= Caution.
Will the 6.25 be won by Crackdown and Pergamon 2nd and Canwinn 3rd!!.

Good luck today just when you think it can't get any worse it just does be wary of the ground changes that may occur and the quality of racing even though poor has a very competitive look to it so winner finding is not going to be easy.

Not a bad day yesterday

Well yesterday wasn't a good day for the favourites but saw us bag a nice winner in Nezami at early odds of 10/1+ and a 9/1 sp.
No other winners bar Shotley mac at 7/4 but the lay bets fared better.
The one a day lay lost, the experimental lay lost ,the two Shakespeare lay bets lost and the Target lay lost so a profit somewhere was there to be made.
Back to the glorious Monday racingwe are now getting used to and with SOFT in the going descriptions be careful today with your bets.

Another day to make money

Well yesterday saw a few good results, the Target races again two winners for the favourites section 10/11 and 9/4 and the target lay bet lost.
The banker bet a non runner, the fibionacci bet no good.
The Experimental lays the two that run both losing their races.
The one a day lay lost it's race.
The Shakespeare lays 13 losers and three winners at 5/1, 3/1 and 11/10.
A pattern seems to be emerging with the Shakespeare lays and hopefully i can integrate these as bets place only /win the choice will be yours but they seem to be either winning or placing quite regularly.
Hope you made some money out of yesterday.

Not a bad day yesterday

Well yesterday saw a winning National hunt flat bet in Megasue at 7/2 and the fibionacci bet got back nearly all the 5 points lost on the last sequence with a winner at 100/30 in Solo river .
The shakespeare lays got Servoca beaten at odds on and the one a day lay got beaten so pretty good there.
The Target races got two winners for the favourites 11/8 and 10/11 although the Irish and banker bet lost we await the winner and a good priced horse is up for today's banker bet so down to business.

Banker bet

6.50 Kings troop 13 points

Banker bet

A good day yesterday

Well the Fibionacci bets got their winner but showed a 5 point loss on the sequence i'm afraid that does happen but not that often and the banker bet a non runner.
The Irish bets no success there. The one a day lay successful, the experimental lays had met their previous highest run of losing horses and Oil man gave a winner at 10/11 so was not a big loss on what appears to be a solid selection method for lay bets ,two runs of 14 losers now so pretty good and hopefully bodes well for the future.
The best results of the day went to the Target races that either bagged the winner in the favourites section or the outsiders and gave 7 out of 8 correct lay bets so a chance to make a profit was there yesterday, backing or laying.
The Shakespeare lays a winner at 2/1 so minimal damage but a couple of other lays within the selections could have stopped that loss so not a bad day yesterday.
Again another busy but uninspiring day and the Shergar cup to look forward to this weekend says it all.
Down to business.

Shakespeare lays(to lay or not to lay)
7.05 Servoca

National hunt flat bets:
5.20 Standing order/Megasue (Shakespeare lays higher risk lays)

A quiet day today, but after yesterday's successes that's not a bad thing .
The weather according to the Racing post should be ok with regards to any potential ground changes so watch out for the "soft" ground meetings and look forward to the weekend.
Good luck to everyone today.

Thursday, 7 August 2008

Banker bet

4.50 Yarmouth Old romney 13 points

Thank heavens for the Irish !

Well yesterday again the bets section the stakes building and no winners to talk about but this does happen.
The Irish bets a great result with a 100/30 winner in Greannmhar, don't forget your returns would have been far better utilising the Fibionacci plan, and a non runner.
The Shakespeare lays as they do confound, and got a winner at 9/2 with the Lower level bets in One gulch.
The bets section i would treat with caution and paper trade but consider the higher level bets even if for utilising with dutching methods to remove them as potential dangers and reduce the potential overround in these races it may help for the more cautious out there but again record/paper trade them.
The experimental lays two good losers especially Vilna at 10/11 and also the one a day loser lost it's race so not all bad.The target lays one winner one loser the winner at 15/8 so minimal damage and a few chances to profit yesterday but sometimes you have to make those choices yourself.
A very busy day's racing but as usual no strength in depth so down to business.

Wednesday, 6 August 2008

Banker bet

19.50 Kempton Azwa 7/2 available 8 points.

Not all bad yesterday

Well yesterday considering the quality of racing the results across the board were non to disastrous.
The lay bets, one a day lost the experimental lay lost and unfortunately Sultans way won it's race at 100/30 sp so not all bad minimal damage.
The bets not brilliant but managing to pick out a 9/2 winner for the outsiders in Make amends and a short priced favourite in Royal island reading the post today the stable has a 60% strike rate for their horses in sellers / claimers when priced at 100/30 and under so keep a look out for the M quinlan stable in this sphere.
Down to business where the biggest race of the day is at Brighton ??

Shakespeare lay bets(too lay or not too lay)
8.20 Once a gulch
2.50 Kheleyf's silver
4.20 Hippolytus

High risk shakespeare lays:
8.20 Two pass
2.40 Sampower rose/Ay tay tate.

Bets:
8.20 Blowhole
2.50 Desert falls

The day's most questionable horse to back or lay.
The reason for separating the above is simple that all the big priced winners have come in a very tight gap of prices and the bigger odds lays although very successful are larger liabilities but LOSE THEIR RACES,we'll see how we go with this format.

Fibionacci bets:
4.10 Divine spirit 5 points

Back into the twighlight zone

Well after Glorious goodwood we are now entering the twighlight zone between big meeting the Ebor on the 20th August will seem miles away while we head through the next couple of weeks with poor racing to entertain ourselsves but that's the nature of the beast.
yesterday the one a day lay continued it's good performance the experimental lays 1/1, the Target lays 3/4 and a non runner but the Shakespeare lays let us down with 3 short priced winners and a 9/4 shot with onlt one loser but the liabilities are smaller so not all bad.
The bets had very limited success yesterday and only Grit for the outsiders picked things up by winning at 8/1.
A two meeting day, quality thin on the ground, enough said.

A good day yesterday

Well yesterday the Shakespeare lays followed their traditional path and found a big priced winner Spy eye at 10/1 although finding 7 other losers a loss would have been made on the day backing blind .
I have had a look back on these bets and by setting a limit to lay on these horses they do perform very well when the limit is set so i shall now stick an upper limit on these lays and separate them as bets and lays, i can see that the bets will not be overly successful but will work to reduce the lays and hopefully if past performance follows they will give better returns.
The experimental lays a clean sweep 4 out of four.
The other lay strand i was talking about yesterday gave a winner in Halfway to heaven which was the main reason i didn't put the lay bets up for saturday if it looks that an A O'Brien horse will be a lay back it seems to be the way to go, yes luck plays it's part but that's the name of the game sometimes, you can win or lose when laying by a nose or a head that's how close things are on a regular basis.
The Target favourites again gave a good return of winners 3 out of five selections and obviously the value bets picked up a winner in Halfway to heaven at 5/1.
The one i am keen on is the Irish bets another winner at 9/4 at Galway keeping the losing runs to a very low level so i will continue with these and if you used the Fibionacci plan a better return would have been realised!!.
Been drafted to see Mamma mia today so limited time so down to business.

Shakespeare lays
2.20 Lucky dan/Lady salama/Citizenship
3.25 Damika
2.10 Glen molly/Marine boy

Shakespeare bets
2.10 Naizak
3.15 Colourways

Hopefully i won't see the obvious poor start to these bets as would be with sod's law as i separate them but we'll see.

Banker bet;
2.40 Watergate 2 points

Fibionacci bets:
2.40 Sparkling crystal 1 point

No one a day lay.

Target races:
favourites:
2.00 Liberty seeker
2.30 Southern regent

Value bets:
2.30 My mirasol

Outsiders:
2.00 Aleemdar
2.30 Bethanys boy

Target lays:
2.00 Gamma valorum

I have now separated and created a new section and as with all changes as above sod's law may kick in but if things carry on as they have the loser/winners will come ,so let's hope things continue as they have.Enjoy the rest of the weekend and good luck for today.

A good day in my book

Firstly apologies for my typing error yesterday my big old fingers obviously couldn't quite manage to spell Sixties icon but it did win at a good price of 100/30 sp and returned a 9 2/3 points profit on the sequence.
Again i will say with progressive staking it is not for everyone but you must have a bank that is able to deal with the potential losing runs and then wait for the winners it's as simple as that the bet yesterday turned a 100/30 shot into a 9/1+ return so the obvious advantages are there but the bank is the biggest protector of your money do not put yourself in a bad position by not having one.
The banker bet yesterday no good but the one a day lay again successful which i am pleased about, the experimental lays at all prices is running to the 80% mark which is good and 3 losers yesterday with one horse an 11/10 favourite beaten the others 15/8 and 7/2 respectively.
I have now got a spreadsheet detailing the bets for the last month plus and will be recording all the bets and the liabilities thus far are at a maximum sp of 6/1 so not all bad there then.
I have got what i consider another laying system which is in the wings which is working to the same levels and although the liabilities are around the same mark you may have to put your own limits on some of the bets as they do tend to wander over the 9/1 mark sp(not often) so when and if you do see them obviously yours will be the choice as to bet or not but that system is again there for the taking and i will start this as of Sunday.Oh and 4 out of 4 winners for the favourites section with the Target races at odds of up to 5/1.
A busy day as usual, so down to business.

Not all bad yesterday!

Well another banker bet came in although a short price and another one a day lay and 5 other lay bets were successful.
The bets section picked up a 7/1 winner and a 9/1 winner and 4 winning favourites again at short prices but winners are winners.
The fibionacci bet is building up as they do and although some do not like progressive staking the returns are higher although the risks are greater the choice is a personal one.
Not as manic as yesterday but a few advices so down to business.
