Well sorry to say we ended the week with a losing advice on the lay account bet as was the case the previous sunday with Square mile the non account lay bets were not too successful either 2 out of 3 correct but Decado won its race so hopefully not too much damage if you had a go, the irish racing section no good at all but a couple of 2nds.
At least there was a little success with the favourites chance as Middleton dene won at 2/1.
The one thing i will be doing now is taking a break on a Sunday and the blog will only run 6 days a week the powers that be have said you're spending too much time in that racing post and the weeks hard work is being negated at present with the Sunday lays losing/winning their races, i don't know if it's the summer jumps kicking in or just bad luck but the results will be monitored and the selections recorded and i will update my records to see any potential weaknesses in what i'm doing and take a step back and enjoy the diy mountain , housework and possibly get out a bit more.
The days racing today just looks bad too me there are no account lay bets but there is a non account lay bet if you are interested and a couple to look out for on the all weather possibly but these are tenous so are for you too make your own decisions on.

Off on holiday in a couple of weeks so a little rest for one and all coming up and don't forget the little cherubs in your life the childrens summer holidays are looming large so as allways there is something too look forward to, if you have plans for a holiday soon yourself enjoy it and i'll be back tommorrow,be lucky today it does look dire.
