Apologies blog cancelled for next coupl of days!

Many apologies but due to shift changes and time restrictions i have to cancel my blog for thursday/ friday it hopefully won't be long term and will resume saturday just before i go on summer hols and full return will be the 6th august again sorry but things have conspired against me and everyone needs a break so until then goodbye.
