Twighlight zone again?

Well while waiting for the Aintree meeting to start there seems to be that weird pre Cheltenham feel to things today and the racing and ground look poor, to start the Wetherby meeting with a 25 runner conditionals handicap sets the scene.
Only 2 winners yesterday a second and a non runner not brilliant but not all bad there are bets today so down to business.

3.15 Brook no argument
3.50 Mr barnacle
4.00 Oarsman
4.45 Red cape 40/1 early
4.55 Desert stag
5.15 Swinbrook
5.35 Tamrai dancer

It looks and feels bad today and with Southwell being effectively the Main card today courtesy of the biggest prize on offer it could be a day to sit back and try and get on some bets on for the Aviemore greyhound racing to be held on ice after successful trials have been recently held see daily mirror for how they price the racing up and check the date?
