A mixed bag yesterday

Well first off those pesky Shakespeare lays managed as they do on a regular basis to find two winners to rain on our parade at 9/4 and 13/2 which is why everyday the caveat is placed to lay or not to lay the day's most questionable horses.
The rest of the day saw 8 winning lay bets and a good return at 3/1 for the Irish bet Lucky spring at Tramore (early betfair price 5.8)
There were no other winners and the prices at present of some of the winners just goes to show how unpredictable things are at present.
A busy day with bets at Longchamp and the Curragh as well as the UK Racing.
Personally, i don't like it when the main featured race card in the centre pages is that of the Irish racing although high quality racing it tends to point to a very tough day's betting activities so beware of your bets today.
Down to business.
